Victorville Campus Navigation Center, Recuperative Care Center, and Permanent Supportive Housing
LifeArk and Illumination Foundation in partnership with the City of Victorville is working on a development for a Homeless Wellness and Recuperative Complex on a 3.95 acre lot. This project would include a Navigation Center, Recuperative Care Center, and Permanent Supportive Housing for homeless individuals.
This project is currently in the planning and R&D stages.
This project would be conducted through two phases, each adding additional cluster models for the Navigation Center, Recuperative Care Center, and Permanent Supportive Housing units as well as a Multi-Purpose Center that can be used for Intensive Case Management Services.
