Mulberry LifeArk Village

LifeArk partner LIFT Housing purchased three empty R-1 7000SF lots located in Riverside to develop three residential developments—these projects will be developed as permanent supportive housing but will also test LifeArk’s viability in the low-income housing market.

The design will feature LifeArk’s two-story design model and integrated extended roof overhang combined with decks and colonnades, a style compatible and well-integrated with California’s bungalow and Craftsman architecture. The design concept behind Mulberry LifeArk Village is to integrate mass-produced modular buildings into the existing massing and architectural styles of existing communities, maintaining the character of LA’s diverse neighborhoods and preventing NIMBYism.

Each lot will have one main two-story bedroom home plus a one-story ADU unit. The project will total 26 beds with 10,000SF of building area.

Additionally, LifeArk will offer several facade material design options as a part of the LifeArk Catalog.
