Santa Cruz Behavioral Health Bridge Housing

Santa Cruz BHBH will be a 34-bed shelter for the County of Santa Cruz’s most vulnerable homeless population. The site features a mix of single, double, and ADA units, shared restroom and showers, and a laundry area. There will also be a central warming kitchen where the operators will provide hot meals, as well as staff offices for onsite services.

LifeArk clusters nestle in seamlessly with the existing community and units are connected by an exterior deck which provides privacy and easy access to the community courtyard. The site will also be enclosed with a security fence.

Lifeark is responsible for all master planning, design and state approvals of the project as well as manufacturing, factory and site installation including Lifeark’s integrated proprietary deck system.
