Lakewood Affordable Housing Development

Housing developer Excelerate Housing Group in partnership with LifeArk submitted a package to the city of Lakewood’s Affordable Housing Development RFP demonstrating a LifeArk 2-story model on four scattered sites.

Site plan options include 2-bedroom units, property manager’s unit, community building, open space, barbecue patios, and community gardens. This layout maximizes the benefits of community living providing plenty of shared spaces while preserving each unit’s private amenities.
