On June 1, 2022 LifeArk Tyler, LifeArk’s first pilot permanent supportive housing project in partnership with Illumination Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing ongoing intensive case management services, and HomeLA Development, providing property management for LifeArk El Monte along with community support services, officially opened its doors with a Grand Opening event hosted by First District Supervisor Hilda Solis and the City of El Monte.
County and City officials, dignitaries, local cities, organizations, and partners all gathered at the LifeArk Tyler site in El Monte to celebrate the Grand Opening of LifeArk’s first pilot project - three buildings of permanent supportive housing for 18 previously homeless individuals and one onsite property manager.
