HomeLA hosted a second community BBQ for the residents at LifeArk Tyler on August 17th. Folks enjoyed homemade bbq and sides prepared by property management and residents together. Tyler tenants tell HomeLA that they look forward to these gatherings and want to make it a regular event - many of them expressed that they have not been able to enjoy the simple things many of us take for granted since before their time experiencing homelessness.
